Medical IoT Gateway
An ESP32-based IoT gateway that bridges medical devices to a real-time monitoring platform via MQTT.
Medical IoT Gateway is an ESP32-based gateway device that acts as a universal communication bridge between medical devices and a centralized monitoring platform. By speaking each device's native protocol and normalizing everything into MQTT, it streams health data to a real-time dashboard — unifying 15+ medical devices into a single digital health system.

Overview
Hospitals and clinics often run a mix of medical devices that each speak a different communication protocol, leaving valuable examination data stranded on isolated machines. The Medical IoT Gateway solves this by sitting between the devices and the cloud: it collects health data over BLE, TCP/IP, and USB simultaneously, processes it through a reliable RTOS-based firmware pipeline, and publishes it to an MQTT network for real-time visualization on a monitoring dashboard.
